Processing Time

Orders placed before 00:00 are typically shipped on the same business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.
(If you'd like, I can restrict this to NL only.)


Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (2–14 business days):

Carriers

All orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, or another trusted local courier.
You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.


Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at:

Please note: Electrosteps is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details, or severe weather conditions.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
